VFW Post 4087 to hold country breakfast

DAVISON TWP. — The Davison Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4087, 9474 Lapeer Rd., will hold an all you can eat country breakfast on Dec. 15 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. They will have biscuits/ gravy, sausage, bacon, pancakes, scrambled eggs and hash browns with coffee and orange juice. Live Nativity at St. Johns

DAVISON — St. John’s The Evangelist, 404 Dayton St., will hold its 21st Annual Live Nativity and indoor Night in Bethlehem on Dec. 15 starting at 6:15 p.m. — G.G.

Knights of Columbus to hold spaghetti dinner

DAVISON TWP. — The Davison Knights of Columbus Council 4090, 8428 Davison Rd., will hold monthly spaghetti dinners. The next dinner is Dec. 13 from 4-7 p.m. Come enjoy all you can eat spaghetti with authentic Italian meat sauce, tossed salad, garlic bread, dessert, coffee, soft drinks or water.

Or you can have antipasto salad, garlic bread, coffee, soft drinks or water.

The cost is $8 for adults, $4 for children 5-12 and free for children 4 and under.

Christmas open house at new Davison Museum

DAVISON TWP. — Davison Area residents are invited to a sneak peak of the Davison Historical Society's new satellite museum, located on Atherton Road on the former estate of Robert Williams, Dec. 14, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

The new facility is on the former Williams property, near the intersection of M-15 and Atherton on the north side of the road. The property was donated to Davison Township last year for nature and historical study.

Everyone is invited to come and enjoy apple cider and cookies while viewing the exciting progress the Historical Society has made in setting up displays in this second museum site.

The grand opening will be in the spring of 2014, and regular hours will be announced then. Details: Call 810-653-4156. — G.G.
